  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Refund Amount

The refund amount will include the product price paid. However, shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, or defective product). In such cases, we will refund the full amount including shipping charges.

Non-Refundable Items
