Return Policy
We offer a 7-15 days return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the product price paid. However, shipping charges are non-refundable unless
the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged product, or defective product). In such cases,
we will refund the full amount including shipping charges.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, or worn
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Products returned after 15 days of delivery
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel an order:

- If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund
